Thats my name, don't wear it out

So, I've been getting a lot of questions about the name of my blog - B'more You.  If you aren't from Maryland, you most likely won't understand, and I get that.  

I go to Towson University which is in Baltimore, Maryland.  B'more is a short nickname for Baltimore, or Bal-more as the locals call it.  Baltimore is an awesome city with so much beauty and history that people over look every day.  I have lived here for over a year and have not even scratched the surface of what this city has to offer.  It is a silent city with so much to say. 

B'more you translates to be more you.  I hemmed and hawed over what the word following B'more should be.  B'more Glamorous, no.  B'more Chic, no. B'more You.  Yes.  This phrase stuck with me because that is my daily goal in life; to find myself and to express myself.  I have had a hard time with embracing my authentic self.  Since I have moved to Baltimore, I have grown and learned so much about myself, good and bad.  I have learned to embrace myself.
